Description - doTERRA DigestZen essential oil blend
DigestZen contains ingredients that can be taken internally. This selected blend contains Ginger, Fennel, and Coriander, which have been used as food flavours, additives and spices throughout the world for centuries. DigestZen is great to have on hand and is safe. Internal use of DigestZen is naturally gentle on the digestive system.
Uses
- Add a few drops to water to take internally.
- Rub on the stomach before flying or taking a road trip for a calming aroma.
Directions of Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Food additive use: Add 1 or 2 drops to food.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
