Uses
- Soak sliced apples in water and a few drops of dōTERRA On Guard for a snack.
- Diffuse two or three drops On Guard for a refreshing and energising aroma.

Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops On Guard blend in the diffuser of choice.
Food additive use: Add 1 or 2 drops to food.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops dōTERRA On Guard to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
Cleaning use: Add five to ten drops dōTERRA On Guard to a 250mL spray bottle of water (and shake vigorously) to clean tables, counter-tops, and other surfaces.

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Not to be taken.
