Within New Zealand

We send all our orders by tracked courier.  Shipping cost options for urban or rural addresses appear on the cart page, and are finalised at checkout when we know your address.

Our NZ-wide shipping is to the two main islands of New Zealand, including Waiheke Island.  If you live on Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island, or the Chathams, please contact us with a street address so that we can calculate a shipping price for you.

When you order from our online shop, small orders tend to be shipped to you from us at Essential Health NZ, in Christchurch; but most of our orders are shipped from the doTERRA warehouse in Auckland.

We hold limited stock in Christchurch, mainly for smaller orders of popular items.

Items shipped from Christchurch are sent by courier (tracked, but not signature required), typically on the morning of the business day following payment.  We will send you an email with the tracking link, once we’ve booked the courier.

Orders that ship from doTERRA in Auckland

Orders that contain one or more items that aren’t stocked by us, will ship from the doTERRA warehouse in Auckland.  We send you an email when we place the order with doTERRA and another when we receive a tracking link for your order from doTERRA (if we receive the tracking link in time).

doTERRA’s warehouse in Auckland is run by a company called National Product Fulfilment (NPF) and emailing tracking information is not one of their strengths.  Sometimes we do not receive tracking links from NPF until days after the order has shipped, sometimes even after the order has been delivered.  We apologise in advance should this happen.

 

What you can expect from us

  • Clear communication of what’s going on with your order – we acknowledge your order immediately and, if shipped from Christchurch, you are emailed a tracking link when your parcel is ready for the courier, and after it has been picked up.
  • Fast shipping – when we have all the information we need, we typically dispatch orders on the first business day following payment.
  • Fast replies to questions – we aim to respond to questions on the day that we receive them.
