The form below is a template of topics that you might want to cover in a testimonial. The questions are really just prompts to give you ideas on what you can write about, they will not appear in your testimony and you can choose to ignore them and write about whatever you wish. Although the form asks for your full name and email address we will only display your first name and town/city in the testimonial.
The testimonials can include an image but unfortunately you cannot upload one yourself. We’ll load an image of the oil(s) you purchased to the testimonial unless you provide something different.
