These can be used for taking suitable doTERRA essential oils and blends internally.

Uses

A very popular doTERRA product for those with hay fever (hayfever) or allergies are the Triease Softgels, but unfortunately these aren’t yet available in N.Z.  You can make up a blend almost identical to a Triease Softgel by adding 2 drops each of Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint to a veggie capsule.

Directions for Use

When using with essential oils it is not recommended to pre-fill capsules for future use as the properties of essential oils will compromise the vegetable capsule.

Ingredients

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Vegetable Hypromellose).  Free of preservatives, gelatin, wheat, sugar, starch, dairy, and animal products.
