The doTERRA Thrive Convention 2020, scheduled for April 15th 2020, was cancelled by doTERRA on March 13th, after COVID-19 (Corona virus) was upgraded to a pandemic.
The doTERRA Thrive Convention 2020 scheduled for Melbourne, Australia was cancelled by dōTERRA on March 13th, 2020 due to COVID-19 (Corona virus) being upgraded to a pandemic, and to ensure a safe environment for the dōTERRA community.

Ticketing
Strictly no refunds on the following tickets:
- $125 Early Access General Session Tickets
- $ 135 Pre-sale General Access Tickets
- APRC Workshop, Empowered Success, Yoga and Gala Tickets
Only transfers will be accepted for the above ticket types.
General Session Early Bird and Full Price ticket refunds can be requested through Eventbrite until 11.59 PM Sunday 22 March 2020. After this date no refund requests will be accepted.
Ticket Refunds and Ticket Transfers will attract a $25 fee if performed by dōTERRA Corporate.
We encourage you to update your ticket details yourself by logging into your Eventbrite account prior to 11.59 PM Sunday 22 March 2020 to avoid a fee.
All Transfers and Ticket details including attendee names and ranks must be updated before 11.59 PM Sunday 22 March 2020.

Children Policy
Children aged 16+ are welcome to attend corporate events provided they are registered and have their own ticket. No children will be allowed at Gala.
As always, nursing infants are welcome at corporate events; however, toddlers and young children may be a distraction to others and facilities are not provided for them. We want to ensure an environment of education and engagement is provided at every dōTERRA event.
All Venues are open to the public and we strongly suggest that children not be left unsupervised at the venue.
